• Slopes near Naga's no-habitation zones: After the Tinaan landslide, areas around Sitio Sindulan were declared no-habitation. For a lot in Naga's hill barangays, it is advisable to have a Geodetic Engineer plot the boundary against the MGB findings before any building plan.
• Creek easements in Cebu City: Creeks like Mahiga in Banilad have been the subject of encroachment reports. The survey shows where your lot boundary sits against the creek bank; it is advisable to confirm with the city whether the area is classified urban.
