Our terms

These are the terms, exactly as they go in the email. Read them before accepting.

1. Speed of response: The client should be contacted the same day, ideally within the first hours, and never later than 24 hours. In most cases, the client awards the job to whoever responds first.
2. Effective contact: By phone or email, every request must have a reply. A request left unanswered leaves the client waiting and undermines the credibility of your work and ours.
3. Free, no-obligation quote: It is what our site states and what the client expects. It must be honoured without exception.
4. Professionalism: Work delivered on the agreed timelines, with the client kept informed at each stage, and in condition to be accepted by the Registry of Deeds (LRA), DENR-LMB, or the city or municipal office.
5. Tell us how it went: When we pass you a request, let us know if you contacted the client, sent a quote, or won the job. This is what lets us understand what is working.
