This policy follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

We process the data in the first row because you asked us to pass your request to a professional, and with the consent you give when you submit the form. We process the remaining data to perform our contracts with partner professionals and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, we do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you, and we do not profile you.

3. Who we share it with Your request is passed to the partner professional for the area you indicated, so that they can reply to you. From that point they handle your details independently, to prepare the quotation and, if you agree, to carry out the work.

4. Transfers outside the Philippines We process your data outside the Philippines, mainly in the European Union, and some of the providers above are established in the United States. These transfers are covered by contractual safeguards with each provider, and we remain accountable for your data under RA 10173.

5. Your rights Under RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations you have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to object to its processing (including for direct marketing, automated processing or profiling), to have it suspended, withdrawn, blocked, removed or destroyed, and to data portability.

You also have the right to be indemnified for damages you sustain because of any inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of your personal information.

You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting what was lawful beforehand.

6. Data breaches If a personal data breach involves sensitive personal information, or information that could be used to commit identity fraud, and there is a real risk of serious harm to you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

7. Security We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including an encrypted connection across the whole site, access control, and collecting only what is needed to handle your request.
